The partnership between DAFZ and Automechanika underscores the role of the freezone in supporting foreign investments and encouraging investors to make Dubai the regional base for their Middle East operations.<\/div><br \/><div>DAFZ&#8217;s participation at Automechanika Dubai 2017 focuses on highlighting opportunities for supporting investors in the after-market trade, in light of Dubai&#8217;s strong reputation as a major gateway for local, international and multinational companies eyeing to expand their business in the UAE and Dubai. DAFZ will be organizing a series of networking activities at its stand (B12), as well as conducting meetings with leading companies and investors. This follows the freezone&#8217;s successful participation at Automechanika Frankfurt 2016 which focused on strengthening trade ties and signing business deals with leading German companies as well as attracting the world&#8217;s leading automotive companies where DAFZ now is the regional headquarters and strategic center for more than 45 top international car brands, Toyota Tsusho, Yamaha Motors, PSA Group, TOW Automotive Middle East &amp; Africa FZCO, and many others.<\/div><br \/><div>Jamal bin Marghoob, Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications Department, DAFZ, said: &#8220;As a Lead Freezone Partner of the 15th\u00a0edition of Automechanika Dubai, DAFZ looks forward to exchanging knowledge and experiences with exhibitors from leading companies and top investors, in addition to highlighting the major attributes of our freezone such as our sophisticated infrastructure, various investment facilities, and strategic geographical location.&#8221;<\/div><br \/><div>&#8220;During our participation we will focus on supporting investors in the after-sales service market, especially as Dubai is a popular gateway for various international, local and multinational companies wishing to start their business here and benefiting from the advanced facilities provided by the Freezone in line with Dubai Plan 2021 which aims to make Dubai a major global economic hub,&#8221; bin Marghoob added.<\/div><br \/><div>Currently being held at the Dubai World Trade Center, Automechanika Dubai 2017 is the latest edition of the largest international automotive after-market trade show for the wider Middle East.
