تأسيس شركة في المنطقة الحرة في دبي

المنطقة الحرة هي المنطقة التي تتيح مزاولة الأعمال التجارية دون القيود المفروضة عادةً على الشركات الأجنبية، مثل شرط وجود شريك محلي أو تطبيق ضريبة الدخل وضريبة الشركات.

يتيح تأسيس الأعمال في “دافزا” العديد من الميزات، منها السماح بملكية أجنبية بنسبة 100%، ما يعني عدم الحاجة لوجود شريك محلي لتأسيس الأعمال في “دافزا”.

كلا، لا يتم تحصيل ضريبة الشركات أو ضريبة الدخل على المؤسسات أو الأفراد العاملين في “دافزا”.

تفرض اللوائح التنظيمية المطبقة في “دافزا” حداً أدنى من مساهم واحد وحداً أقصى من 50 مساهماً لتأسيس شركة.

يبلغ الحد الأدنى لرأس مال الشركات العاملة في “دافزا” 1000 درهم إماراتي.

كلا، بالرغم من موقعها القريب من مبنى المطار رقم 2، إلا أنها لا تعتبر جزءاً من مطار دبي الدولي.

Facility Management

Yes, we are sanitizing all common areas on a daily basis including lifts, receptions, door handles, washrooms and pantries.
No, but we can provide the suppliers details upon request. In addition, the tenant requires to seek approval from DAFZA prior to the sanitization. 

Note: the office needs to remain vacant for at least 12 hours after sanitization

Yes, usually deep cleaning is provided one time depending on the available slot.
We provide cleaning twice a week. If you require additional office cleaning, then a quote will be shared with you and a separate team will be allocated for this task.
