Office Units
You have a choice of premium, modern office units to run your operation from. Located in our state- of-the-art Business Park, Dubai Airport Freezone offers a wide range of high quality, free-sized offices, available for rent on an annual basis. You can individually tailor these offices to create an environment that reflects your company’s identity and branding. Each office is equipped with carpeting, wallpaper, false ceiling and window shades, and only the finest materials are used. A minimum space of 50 sqm is required to obtain a license and 4 employee visas are granted with every 50 sqm rented.

Light Industrial Units (LIU )
High quality, thermally insulated, purpose-built units are available to rent on an annual basis. Tenants are allowed to choose between using their LIU as either, a warehouse for storage and distribution, or as a factory for assembly and light production. If required, multiple units can be used to suit individual requirements. Each LIU of approximately
350 sqm has ground and mezzanine floor offices and is conveniently located close to the airport’s apron.

Land Plots
If you wish to construct your own warehouse or factory, Dubai Airport Freezone offers plots of land on lease, in varying sizes. Up to 60% of the allotted land can be utilized for construction. To conform to environmental requisites and in keeping with our policy of promoting and encouraging environmentally sound technologies, Dubai Airport Freezone will ensure that factories or warehouses constructed within our facility comply with environmentally safe production procedures. Minimum area available is 2,500 sqm. The lease term is 15 years, renewable every 15 years with one month's notice.
