DAFZA Gold sponsor for Dubai International Holy Quran Award 2015

As part of its national and social responsibilities, DAFZA is participating as the Gold Sponsor in a series of events included in the agenda of the 19th Dubai International Holy Quran Award (DIHQA) launched in the beginning of Ramadan. During his visit to the headquarters of the organizers, Dr. Mohammed Al Zarooni, Director General of DAFZA, handed over the formal sponsorship check to H.E. Chancellor Ibrahim Mohammed Bumelha, Cultural and Humanitarian Advisor of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai,and Head of the DIHQA Organizing Committee.

 

Dr. Al Zarooni expressed his pleasure at DAFZA's role as Gold Sponsor for the Dubai International Holy Quran Award, which is considered one of the most prominent Quran awards and competitions in the world and which is being held under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. He emphasized DAFZA's commitment to supporting DIHQA which he explained is an important addition to efforts towards building a sound and solid society that upholds the high principles and noble values of Islam.
